Your driver or guide, to meet you, will know your last name as it is on the credit card; N.B. We hold your credit card number only to guarantee your reservation, and nothing will be charged on your credit card unless you won't show up on the day of the tour without having sent us a cancellation email within a week before the tour. When you’ll have made the decision to book your tours with us and we'll have your "OK", we'll send you an email with a link to your contract: you'll have only to click on it and fill the required fields, and than send it back! As we'll recieve your contract back we'll send you a confirmation email with your voucher and your confirmation number as well. YOUR BOOKING WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ONLY WHEN YOU'LL RECIEVE FROM US AN EMAIL WITH AS SUBJECT “TOUR CONFIRMATION” ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE SETTLED AT THE END OF YOUR TOUR ACCORDING TO QUOTED RATES. WE ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS ONLY IN EURO OR IN EURO T/C's. OUR RATES HAVE TO BE INTENDED PER PARTY, NOT PER PERSON. ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE SETTLED AT THE END OF EACH TOUR ACCORDING TO QUOTED RATES. WE ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS IN EURO OR U.S. DOLLARS ONLY. EURO T/C's PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED TOO, BUT THEY WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA 5% CHANGE COMMISSION ON THE FINAL PRICE. ABOUT PAYMENTS IN U.S. DOLLARS, WE WILL APPLY THE EXCHANGE RATE OF THE DAY OF YOUR TOUR, AS ON "YAHOO! FINANCE OFFICIAL WEBSITE", PLUS 10% CHANGE COMMISSION ON THE TOTAL. We can accept credit card payments too (VISA OR MASTERCARD ONLY), but in this case WE’LL CHARGE AN EXTRA 10% ON THE QUOTED PRICE. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that there will be no charge if you cancel your booking by e-mail at least 1 week ( 7 days) before the date of the requested service. If these terms are not adhered to, our company reserves the right to debit a "no show fee" on your credit card which is equal to the total amount of the service in question. LEGAL NOTES According to the Italian and international privacy laws, your personal information is extremely confidential and will NOT be given or distributed to any third party. All our vehicles are covered by an insurance policy taken out with the major insurance companies, and our drivers are all professionals and holders of an authorized licence. In Italy, by Law, driving-guides are NOT authorized to accompany you while you are actually visiting INSIDE museums or monuments or Churches: they will be waiting outside with the vehicle; however they will give you information on the places where you’ll stop and so about the sights you’ll see on your way to the main attractions, all of this with the Easitalytours’ staff typical Italian courtesy and "savoir faire". For "in deep tours", with more detailed information over history and art of our country, Easitalytours offers a team of carefully selected expert local LICENSED TOUR GUIDES. In this case you’d have your Tour Guide walking with you INSIDE each attraction you’ll visit during the tour. ENTRANCE FEES, MEALS AND DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS SPECIFIED ON THE CONTRACT. TIPS At the Vatican and in general in all the Roman churches and Synagogues dress code for both men and women requires shoulders and knees to be covered. Shorts and skirts are fine, but below knees.
